    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina BovineSNP50 v2 BeadChip or the EuroGenomics 10K chip (with data imputed to 50K) and analyzed for milk beta-hydroxybutyrate and acetone concentrations. A total of 40,828 SNPSs were used for analysis.
