    Animals:Birds were female broiler breeders from a purebred line.
     Breeds associated:
    n/a
    Design:Birds were genotyped using the 600k Affymetrix Axiom high-density genotyping array and analyzed for number of eggs produced from 28-50 weeks of age. A total of 544,927 SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:Stepwise regression with forward inclusion and backward elimination of multiple markers was used to identify SNPs associated with the trait.
