Animals:Birds were from commercial broiler line A, provided by Cobb-Vantress.
     Breeds associated:
    n/a
Design:Birds were genotyped using the Illumina Chicken SNP60 BeadChip and analyzed for feed conversion traits. A total of 44,355 SNPs were used for analysis.
Analysis:Single-marker association analysis was performed using generalized linear models. A multi-marker Bayesian approach was also used.
    Software:R software, Haploview, GenSel
