    Animals:Animals were from a White Leghorn x red junglefowl cross.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Birds were genotyped for 160 microsatellite markers and analyzed for comb, egg, and bone traits.
    Analysis:Both univariate and multivariate analyses were used. Univariate analysis was performed using standard interval mapping and epistatic analysis.
