    Animals:Animals were from five pig populations: White Duroc x Erhualian F2, Duroc x (Landrace x Yorkshire) hybrid, Sutai, Erhualian, and Laiwu.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using either the Illumina PorcineSNP60 BeadChip v2 or BeadChip v1 and analyzed for fatty acid traits. Meta-analysis across the populations was conducted using a common set of 28,124 SNPs.
    Analysis:For GWAS, a generalized linear mixed model was used. Meta-analysis was performed using a Z-score method.
