     Breeds associated:
    Design:Pigs were genotyped using either a GeneSeek GGP Porcine 80K chip or COMPASS Porcine 50K chip, with data imputed to full sequence, and GWAS was performed for vulva traits.
    Analysis:A mixed linear model was used for GWAS. Regions identified via GWAS were refined using linkage disequilibrium linkage analysis.
