    Animals:Animals were crossbred Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire pigs.
     Breeds associated:
    Design:Animals were genotyped using the GeneSeek pig 50K SNP chip, and GWAS were performed for rib and tenderloin weight. A total of 34,978 (tenderloin) or 34,976 (rib) SNPs were used for analysis.
    Analysis:A mixed linear model was used for single-locus GWAS.
