Subject: REMINDER Invitation: Workshop on Single Cell Analysis in Farm
Animal Biology - Join us at FBN!
Date: Wed, 07 May 2025 08:33:51 -0500
Dear colleagues,

I would to remind you to register for our upcoming workshop:
“The Multiverse of Workflows in Single Cell Analysis – Perspectives in Farm
Animal Biology”, organized by the Research Institute for Farm Animal Biology
(FBN) as part of the EuroFAANG initiative.

Dates: June 23-24, 2025

Location: FBN, Dummerstorf, Germany

Day 1: Hybrid format (on-site & online)

Day 2: Hands-on training (on-site only)

Single cell analysis is a rapidly evolving field that holds great promise
For advancing our understanding of cellular diversity and function in farm
animals. This workshop will explore the diversity of workflows used across
the field—from sampling and sequencing to data integration—and highlight the
challenges and innovative solutions at each stage.

What to expect:

* Presentations by leading scientific experts and industry innovators
* A trade fair exhibition featuring the latest technical advancements
* Keynote lecture by Dr. Alex Clop and Dr. Yu Lian (CRAG, Barcelona) on their
pioneering work in single-cell multiome analysis of sperm quality and
  survival in pigs
* An in-depth hands-on training course on the second day, focusing on data
processing, statistical analysis, and visualization techniques

Program and registration details can be found here:

Whether you're a researcher, data analyst, or industry expert, this workshop
offers a unique platform to exchange knowledge, discover innovations, and
build collaborations in the exciting field of single cell analysis in farm
animals.

We hope to see you there!

Registration closes May 31st, 2025.
