Excellent.
Jack:
Wow!
One never knows, but if needed Max's missing data can be imputed with the
EM algorithm or fancier stuff (🙂)
Perhaps Zhiliang can compute a "p-index" (number of academic children with
at least p academic grandchildren) or something like that...
Thanks.

Im glad youre raising that, Daniel. In fact, over the past 6 months,
Zhiliang Hu has been in the process of updating the pedigree website and
functionality. Parts of it are already available at
https://www.animalgenome.org/lush/ , including the ability to draw a
pedigree for Max with his ancestors, progeny, and grandprogeny. No great
grandkids yet, at least not any that are at this point included in the
pedigree.
We are currently updating the system for entry of new people and release
that soon such that people can enter their information and that of their
ancestors and descendants in time for WCGALP2026!

Unfortunately, the last version I'm aware of is years out of date (from
https://www.animalgenome.org/lush/ I'm creating a "Brazilian" version
(which will be expanded worldwide), but it's not ready yet.

Good afternoon and Happy 2026!
Where can I find the last version of the figure "pedigree of animal breeders"
developed by the Iowa State group?
Thanks.
