Jill,

When I test your crimap200, sometimes I get this error:

 ERROR: num_switches = 1000, exceeds max. 
 Segmentation fault 

where I had to reduce the number of markers which is hard because we are
already on lower limits. Is it something easy to fix? (not sure if it's a
safeguard against hard/software limits)
