PAG Australia will be spanning three days (Wednesday through Friday) and consist of plenary talks, scientific sessions and industry workshops, an expo of tabletop exhibits from leading companies in the agri-genomics industry, and a gallery of poster abstracts.

The Swine in Biomedical Research Conference 2024 (June 14–18, 2024) is the eighth in the quintessential conference series that will continue to foster collaborations between clinicians, biomedical researchers and animal scientists, and spark partnerships with the biomedical industry.

The planned sessions will:

- Identify unmet clinical needs and existing gaps in research. - Showcase porcine models and reveal their strengths and limitations. - Highlight innovative use of models for tackling clinical problems. - Discuss novel tools for advancing biomedical swine research. - Explore the need for biomedical swine research facilities, resources and expertise (Special Panel Session).

Asian Pacific Aquaculture 2024 will be the next chance for the international aquaculture community to visit Indonesia and see the rapidly expanding aquaculture industry in Indonesia – nearly 20% increase in the last 5 years in hectares in aquaculture production and over 50% per year increase in tons produced every year for the last 10 years! Attendees will be able to see what is happening in Indonesian aquaculture to create this growth as well as aquaculture developments in the rest of Southeast Asia.

The American Fisheries Society (AFS), President Cecil Jennings, the AFS Western Division, and AFS Pacific Islands Chapter are excited to host the 154th AFS Annual Meeting, September 15-19, 2024 in Honolulu, Hawai’i.

The 2025 GRC on Quantitative Genetics and Genomics is scheduled for February 16-21, 2025 at Renaissance Tuscany Il Ciocco, Lucca (Barga), Italy. The associated GRS is scheduled for February 15-16 at the same location.

Delegates from around the world gather every four years to attend the scientific program and to network with colleagues.
